Nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00fd n\u00e1m d\u00e1  n\u011bjak\u00fd \u00fakol a my se pt\u00e1me: &#8222;A kdy by to m\u011blo b\u00fdt hotov\u00e9?&#8220; &#8222;V\u010dera,&#8220;  usly\u0161\u00edme nejednou. Hned pochop\u00edme, co n\u00e1m chce \u0159\u00edci: Nen\u00ed \u010dasu nazbyt.  Pus\u0165te se do toho a a\u0165 je to co nejd\u0159\u00edv.<br>I v osobn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me okam\u017eit\u00e9 uspokojen\u00ed. Roz\u010diluje n\u00e1s u\u017e to,  jak dlouho mus\u00edme \u010dekat, ne\u017e se n\u00e1m r\u00e1no spust\u00ed po\u010d\u00edta\u010d. Ji\u017e dnes si  chceme koupit to, co si vlastn\u011b nem\u016f\u017eeme dovolit.<br>Jsme netrp\u011bliv\u00ed i ve vztahu s lidmi. Chceme-li si v dne\u0161n\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b  vyp\u011bstovat trp\u011blivost, mus\u00edme se v\u011bdom\u011b rozhodnout pro l\u00e1sku.<br><strong>V\u0161e z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na p\u0159\u00edstupu<\/strong> &#8211; v r\u016fzn\u00fdch vztaz\u00edch se  trp\u011blivost projevuje r\u016fzn\u011b. Jsme-li ale trp\u011bliv\u00ed v ur\u010dit\u00e9 oblasti sv\u00e9ho  \u017eivota, pom\u00e1h\u00e1 n\u00e1m to prokazovat trp\u011blivost i v jin\u00fdch oblastech. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bu\u010fte realisti\u010dt\u00ed ve sv\u00e9m o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> &#8211; trp\u011blivost  vy\u017eaduje, abychom se na druh\u00e9 lidi d\u00edvali tak, jak si p\u0159ejeme, aby se  oni d\u00edvali na n\u00e1s. Ne ka\u017ed\u00fd sd\u00edl\u00ed na\u0161e priority. Lidsk\u00fd faktor je prost\u011b  realita, kterou mus\u00edme ve vztaz\u00edch p\u0159ijmout. <br>Nikdo z n\u00e1s nez\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 stejn\u00fd. St\u00e1le se m\u011bn\u00edme &#8211; k lep\u0161\u00edmu nebo k  hor\u0161\u00edmu. Druh\u00e9 lidi nem\u016f\u017eeme ovl\u00e1dat; to v\u0161ak neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee na n\u011b nem\u00e1me  vliv. Trp\u011blivost vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ru, kdy m\u016f\u017eeme lidi pozitivn\u011b  ovliv\u0148ovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trp\u011blivost je mocn\u00e1<\/strong> &#8211; Trp\u011blivost lidi prom\u011b\u0148uje &#8211; to ostatn\u011b \u010din\u00ed kter\u00fdkoliv rys l\u00e1sky.<br>P\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 mi to Ezopovu bajku &#8222;Sever\u00e1k a slunce&#8220;. Zn\u00ed takto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Sever\u00e1k se p\u0159el se sluncem, kdo je mocn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Tu spat\u0159ili na cest\u011b poutn\u00edka. Slunce \u0159eklo: <\/em><em>&#8222;<\/em><em>Nap\u00e1d\u00e1\n m\u011b, jak rozhodnout n\u00e1\u0161 spor. Zv\u00edt\u011bz\u00ed ten, kdo poutn\u00edka p\u0159im\u011bje, aby si \nsvl\u00e9kl kab\u00e1t. M\u016f\u017ee\u0161 za\u010d\u00edt.&#8220; Slunce se tedy schovalo za mrak a v\u00edtr za\u010dal\n na poutn\u00edka foukat, jak nejsiln\u011bji um\u011bl. \u010c\u00edm siln\u011bji v\u0161ak foukal, t\u00edm \nv\u00edc se poutn\u00edk halil do sv\u00e9ho pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b. Nakonec to sever\u00e1k vzdal. Pak \nvy\u0161lo slunce a za\u010dalo ve v\u0161\u00ed sv\u00e9 n\u00e1dhe\u0159e na poutn\u00edka sv\u00edtit. Netrvalo \ndlouho a v kab\u00e1t\u011b mu bylo tak horko<\/em>,<em> \u017ee si ho svl\u00e9kl, aby mohl pokra\u010dovat v cest\u011b.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tvrd\u00e1 a bou\u0159liv\u00e1 slova vedou sp\u00ed\u0161e ke ztr\u00e1t\u011b spojen\u00ed s druh\u00fdmi  lidmi. Na\u0161im p\u0159\u00e1telstv\u00edm, man\u017eelstv\u00edm \u010di pracovn\u00edm vztah\u016fm prosp\u011bje  sp\u00ed\u0161e vytrval\u00e1 a trp\u011bliv\u00e1 l\u00e1ska. Kdy\u017e ztr\u00e1c\u00edm trp\u011blivost a ve \u0161patn\u00e9  n\u00e1lad\u011b k\u0159i\u010d\u00edm na svou \u017eenu ostr\u00e1 slova, st\u00e1v\u00e1m se nep\u0159\u00edtelem,  nikoli p\u0159\u00edtelem. A jak zareaguje m\u00e1 \u017eena? Bu\u010f p\u0159ed nep\u0159\u00edtelem ute\u010de,  nebo s n\u00edm bojuje. V t\u00e9to h\u00e1dce nem\u016f\u017ee vyhr\u00e1t nikdo. Nakonec skon\u010d\u00edme  oba se zran\u011bn\u00edm nebo dojde k odcizen\u00ed, v n\u011bm\u017e se jeden druh\u00e9mu vyh\u00fdb\u00e1me.<br>A\u0165 tak \u010di onak, ztratili jsme mo\u017enost druh\u00e9ho pozitivn\u011b ovlivnit. Je  mnohem sna\u017e\u0161\u00ed b\u00fdt trp\u011bliv\u00fd s lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou trp\u011bliv\u00ed s n\u00e1mi. Pokud se  ale po setk\u00e1n\u00ed s netrp\u011bliv\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem uzav\u0159eme do sebe, ztr\u00e1c\u00edme  mo\u017enost spat\u0159it, jakou moc by na\u0161e trp\u011blivost mohla m\u00edt. Pr\u00e1v\u011b v t\u011bchto  slo\u017eit\u00fdch situac\u00edch n\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ekvapit, jak <strong><em>trp\u011blivost dok\u00e1\u017ee lidi prom\u011bnit<\/em><\/strong>, rozhodneme-li se pro skute\u010dnou l\u00e1sku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ochota naslouchat<\/strong> &#8211; trp\u011blivost je ochota n\u011bjakou \ndobu sn\u00e1\u0161et nelaskav\u00e9 \u010di emotivn\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed ve snaze pochopit p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu \nhn\u011bvu. Trp\u011blivost znamen\u00e1, \u017ee budete naslouchat i tehdy, m\u00e1te-li dojem, \n\u017ee v\u00e1m druh\u00fd ubli\u017euje. Znamen\u00e1, \u017ee berete pocity druh\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka v\u00e1\u017en\u011b a\n utvrzujete ho v tom, \u017ee vn\u00edm\u00e1me jeho n\u00e1zor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trp\u011blivost v \u0159e\u010di<\/strong> &#8211; ostr\u00e1 slova nemohou zm\u011bnit realitu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kdy\u017e \u010del\u00edme hn\u011bvu<\/strong> &#8211; V\u0161ichni jsme n\u011bkdy zakusili  velk\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed vyvolan\u00e9 netrp\u011blivost\u00ed a t\u00edm, \u017ee se n\u011bkdo p\u0159estal ovl\u00e1dat.  Hn\u011bv s\u00e1m o sob\u011b p\u0159itom nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt \u0161patn\u00fd. \u010cas od \u010dasu se rozhn\u011bv\u00e1me  v\u0161ichni. Nejsme dokonal\u00ed. Proto zakou\u0161\u00edme bolestn\u00e9 pocity hn\u011bvu,  zklam\u00e1n\u00ed a frustrace. Ani na t\u011bchto pocitech nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt nic \u0161patn\u00e9ho.  Pokud za\u010dneme lidi \u010dastovat ostr\u00fdmi, ho\u0159k\u00fdmi a odsuzuj\u00edc\u00edmi slovy,  situaci jen zhor\u0161\u00edme. Budeme-li m\u00edt s druh\u00fdmi lidmi trp\u011blivost, nalo\u017e\u00edme  se sv\u00fdmi pocity rozumn\u011b.<br>Trp\u011blivost neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee druh\u00fdm na v\u0161echno k\u00fdvneme, jen abychom  m\u011bli pokoj. B\u00fdt trp\u011bliv\u00fd znamen\u00e1 nav\u00e1zat s druh\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem rozhovor a  sna\u017eit se pochopit jeho my\u0161lenky, pocity a chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pozitivn\u00ed hlas<\/strong> &#8211; ostr\u00e1 a odsuzuj\u00edc\u00ed slova v\u017edy vyvolaj\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed. <em><strong>Trp\u011blivost n\u00e1s vede k tomu, abychom byli pravdiv\u00ed v l\u00e1sce<\/strong><\/em>. Nezap\u00edr\u00e1te sv\u00e9 pocity, ale rozhodnete se trp\u011bliv\u011b sn\u00e1\u0161et nedokonalosti druh\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka a nav\u00edc v\u0161e vyj\u00e1d\u0159\u00edte pozitivn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rozhodnut\u00ed b\u00fdt trp\u011bliv\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jedn\u00edm z nejplodn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch rozhodnut\u00ed, jak\u00e9 kdy u\u010din\u00edme.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trp\u011blivost se sebou sam\u00fdm<\/strong> &#8211; chceme-li pochopit, co \nto ta trp\u011blivost vlastn\u011b je, m\u016f\u017eeme pozorovat mal\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b, kter\u00e9 se u\u010d\u00ed \nchodit. Pad\u00e1, pad\u00e1 a zase pad\u00e1, ale p\u0159esto to zkou\u0161\u00ed neust\u00e1le znovu. \nPostupn\u011b se zlep\u0161uje, a\u017e p\u0159ijde okam\u017eik, kdy u\u017e chod\u00ed bez p\u00e1d\u016f. <em><strong>Dosp\u011bl\u00ed by to mohli dot\u00e1hnout daleko, kdyby m\u011bli d\u011btskou trp\u011blivost a \u00fapornost ve v\u011bcech, kter\u00e9 jsou pro n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chceme-li m\u00edt l\u00e1sku k druh\u00fdm, mus\u00edme m\u00edt trp\u011blivost i sami se sebou. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trp\u011blivost m\u016f\u017ee rozhodnout o tom, zda za sebou zanech\u00e1me d\u011bdictv\u00ed kladn\u00e9 \u010di z\u00e1porn\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeliko\u017e jsme sob\u011bst\u0159edn\u00e1 stvo\u0159en\u00ed, m\u00e1me sklon mluvit a jednat tak, jak je to nejlep\u0161\u00ed pro n\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trp\u011blivost se soust\u0159ed\u00ed na probl\u00e9m, nikoli na osobu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Jsi bloud, vyn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed\u0161-li se; m\u00e1\u0161-li n\u011bjak\u00fd\n z\u00e1m\u011br, ruku na \u00fasta! Stlouk\u00e1n\u00edm smetany vznikne m\u00e1slo, tlak na nos \np\u0159ivod\u00ed krv\u00e1cen\u00ed, tlak hn\u011bvu vyvol\u00e1 spor.<\/em> <strong>P\u0159\u00edslov\u00ed 30,32-33<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Vl\u00eddn\u00e1 odpov\u011b\u010f odvrac\u00ed rozho\u0159\u010den\u00ed, kde\u017eto slovo, kter\u00e9 ubli\u017euje, popouz\u00ed k hn\u011bvu.<\/em> <strong>P\u0159\u00edslov\u00ed 15,1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak se st\u00e1t trp\u011bliv\u00fdm? <\/strong><br><strong>1<\/strong><em><strong>)<\/strong> Hledejte zp\u016fsob, jak se zbavit negativn\u00edch vzorc\u016f chov\u00e1n\u00ed, na n\u011b\u017e jste si b\u011bhem \u017eivota navykli.<\/em>  Pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 je t\u00edm zp\u016fsobem polo\u017eit si ruku na \u00fasta. Jin\u00ed mus\u00ed po\u010d\u00edtat  do sta, ne\u017e odpov\u00ed. N\u011bkdo pot\u0159ebuje obej\u00edt blok, ne\u017e na n\u011bjakou situaci  zareaguje. N\u011bkomu sta\u010d\u00ed na p\u00e1r minut opustit m\u00edstnost.<br><strong>2)<\/strong> <em>Nahra\u010fte negativn\u00ed jedn\u00e1n\u00ed pozitivn\u00edm.<\/em>  Pozitivn\u00ed jedn\u00e1n\u00ed pro n\u011bkoho m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt mluven\u00ed m\u00edrn\u00fdm hlasem. Mluv\u00edme-li  m\u00edrn\u011b, ostatn\u00ed zbyst\u0159\u00ed pozornost. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed si navykli nejprve napsat, co  by r\u00e1di \u0159ekli.
