Klasick\u00e9 exercicie tedy trvaj\u00ed cel\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc, kdy jejich \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk proch\u00e1z\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdmi etapami duchovn\u00edho \u017eivota od o\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eivota a\u017e po sjednocen\u00ed v l\u00e1sce s vzorem a p\u0159edobrazem ka\u017ed\u00e9ho k\u0159es\u0165ana, Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161em Kristem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prvn\u00ed t\u00fdden<\/strong>&nbsp;si klade za c\u00edl poznat hloubku h\u0159\u00edchu a Bo\u017e\u00edho milosrdenstv\u00ed. D\u00e1v\u00e1 tedy \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkovi exercici\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pozn\u00e1n\u00ed sebe sam\u00e9ho. Sou\u010dasn\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk n\u00e1sledkem povrchn\u00edho pohledu na sv\u011bt \u010dasto neum\u00ed vej\u00edt do sv\u00e9ho nitra, aby poznal svou opravdovou velikost i sv\u00e9 st\u00edny, kter\u00e9 naru\u0161uj\u00ed v\u0161echny nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vztahy: k Bohu, k druh\u00fdm lidem i k sob\u011b sam\u00e9mu. Cesta do vlastn\u00edho nitra odkr\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bku neuv\u011bdom\u011bl\u00e9, \u010dasto protich\u016fdn\u00e9 motivy jeho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u00e1\u0161n\u011b i vnit\u0159n\u00ed zran\u011bn\u00ed. C\u00edlem v\u0161ak nen\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt si zoufat nad vlastn\u00ed temnotou, ale doj\u00edt k odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a vnit\u0159n\u00edmu uzdraven\u00ed. Velkou p\u0159ednost\u00ed ignaci\u00e1nsk\u00fdch exercici\u00ed je i to, \u017ee k pozn\u00e1n\u00ed sebe sam\u00fdch nedoch\u00e1z\u00edme jen s pomoc\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9ho \u010dist\u011b lidsk\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy lidsk\u00e9ho nitra nebo za pomoci modern\u00edch psychologick\u00fdch v\u011bd, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm d\u00edky sv\u011btlu Bo\u017e\u00edho slova a v atmosf\u00e9\u0159e st\u00e1l\u00e9 modlitby. Ten, kdo uzdravuje, je tedy p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm s\u00e1m B\u016fh, kter\u00fd si du\u0161i k sob\u011b op\u011bt p\u0159ivine, aby ji dal dost s\u00edly na dal\u0161\u00ed cestu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zat\u00edmco hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem prvn\u00edho t\u00fddne je poznat sama sebe,\u00a0<strong>druh\u00fd t\u00fdden<\/strong>\u00a0si klade jako metu poznat Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161e Krista. To vede \u010dlov\u011bka k tomu, aby si ho zamiloval a rozhodl se ho n\u00e1sledovat. Po zku\u0161enosti o\u010distn\u00e9 moci Bo\u017e\u00edho milosrdenstv\u00ed, tedy hled\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk ve druh\u00e9m t\u00fddnu d\u016fv\u011brn\u00e9 setk\u00e1n\u00ed s osobou Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161e Krista, aby ho <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">vnit\u0159n\u011b poznal, v\u00edce miloval a v\u011brn\u011bji n\u00e1sledoval<\/span> (DC 104). Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm rozj\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed nad \u00faryvky z evangeli\u00ed se Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161\u016fv pozemsk\u00fd \u017eivot a jeho lidstv\u00ed st\u00e1v\u00e1 pro \u010dlov\u011bka p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed k pozn\u00e1n\u00ed tajemstv\u00ed samotn\u00e9ho Boha, proto\u017ee Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161 \u0159ekl: <em>Kdo vid\u00ed mne, vid\u00ed Otce<\/em> (Jan 14,19). Kdy\u017e se ten, kdo dost\u00e1v\u00e1 duchovn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed, d\u00edv\u00e1 t\u011blesn\u00fdma o\u010dima na lidstv\u00ed Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161ovo, o\u010dima du\u0161e <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">vid\u00ed<\/span> jeho bo\u017estv\u00ed. Cel\u00fd Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161\u016fv \u017eivot, kter\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk kontempluje, mluv\u00ed o nekone\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1sce Boha k lidem a z\u00e1rove\u0148 n\u00e1s zve, abychom na ni odpov\u011bd\u011bli. Plnost bo\u017estv\u00ed, kter\u00e1 je v Kristu, hluboce posv\u011bcuje ka\u017ed\u00e9 jeho slovo, jeho skutek nebo jeho gesto. Skrze Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161e proto cel\u00e1 lidsk\u00e1 skute\u010dnost zakou\u0161\u00ed posv\u011bcen\u00ed. V\u0161e, co popisuj\u00ed evangelia, se tak pro n\u00e1s st\u00e1v\u00e1 pou\u010den\u00edm o tom, \u010d\u00edm jsme tak\u00e9 my, \u010d\u00edm se m\u00e1me st\u00e1t a jak m\u00e1me \u017e\u00edt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011bm, kdo stoj\u00ed p\u0159ed\u00a0<strong>volbou \u017eivotn\u00edho povol\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>, pom\u00e1haj\u00ed rozj\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed druh\u00e9ho t\u00fddne nejprve z\u00edskat vnit\u0159n\u00ed svobodu v\u016f\u010di tomu, co se m\u00e1 st\u00e1t p\u0159edm\u011btem volby. Nebo\u0165 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9 volb\u011b, pokud to z\u00e1vis\u00ed od n\u00e1s, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt oko na\u0161eho \u00famyslu \u010dist\u00e9<\/span> (DC 169). Teprve vnit\u0159n\u011b svobodn\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee usly\u0161et Bo\u017e\u00ed v\u00fdzvu na cestu, kterou on s\u00e1m pro n\u011bho vybral. Na\u0161e volba je tedy p\u0159ijet\u00edm pozv\u00e1n\u00ed samotn\u00e9ho Boha. Ty, kte\u0159\u00ed ji\u017e ve volb\u011b \u017eivotn\u00edho povol\u00e1n\u00ed maj\u00ed jasno, vedou rozj\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed druh\u00e9ho t\u00fddne k prohlouben\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edho \u017eivota a o\u017eiven\u00ed jejich v\u00edry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u00a0<strong>t\u0159et\u00edm t\u00fddnu<\/strong>\u00a0je \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk exercici\u00ed pozv\u00e1n k tomu, aby sv\u00fdm srdcem vn\u00edmal a zakou\u0161el utrpen\u00ed Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161e Krista. Ten, kter\u00fd se lidem v l\u00e1sce vydal a\u017e do krajnosti, promlouv\u00e1 k \u010dlov\u011bku tak\u00e9 svou bolest\u00ed a smrt\u00ed na k\u0159\u00ed\u017ei. V rozj\u00edm\u00e1n\u00edch o jeho umu\u010den\u00ed vid\u00edme z\u00e1va\u017enost a dramati\u010dnost situace \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd zh\u0159e\u0161il, ale tak\u00e9 nekone\u010dnou l\u00e1sku Boha, kter\u00fd ob\u011btoval na k\u0159\u00ed\u017ei sv\u00e9ho Syna proto, abychom m\u011bli v\u011b\u010dn\u00fd \u017eivot a m\u011bli ho v plnosti. Meditace t\u0159et\u00edho t\u00fddne v \u010dlov\u011bku upev\u0148uj\u00ed touhu po pln\u00e9m sjednocen\u00ed s Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161em a vedou ho k n\u00e1sledov\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto Mistra i v tom, co je pro n\u00e1s nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed, toti\u017e <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ke sn\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed ve\u0161ker\u00fdch ur\u00e1\u017eek, ve\u0161ker\u00e9 potupy a stejn\u011b tak i chudoby<\/span> (DC 98).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010ctvrt\u00fd t\u00fdden<\/strong>\u00a0zve \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edka duchovn\u00edch cvi\u010den\u00ed k tomu, aby se radoval se zmrtv\u00fdchvstal\u00fdm Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161em Kristem. Rozj\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed o Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161ov\u011b umu\u010den\u00ed a smrti je sice v exercici\u00edch Ign\u00e1ce z Loyoly odd\u011blen\u00e9 od rozj\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed o zmrtv\u00fdchvst\u00e1n\u00ed, ob\u011b ud\u00e1losti ale vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed jakoby dv\u011b \u010d\u00e1sti jedn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti, naz\u00fdvan\u00e9 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">velikono\u010dn\u00ed tajemstv\u00ed<\/span>. Naz\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161e zmrtv\u00fdchvstal\u00e9ho ve \u010dtvrt\u00e9m t\u00fddnu n\u00e1m ukazuje, \u017ee posledn\u00edm c\u00edlem na\u0161eho \u017eivota nen\u00ed utrpen\u00ed a bolest, ale pod\u00edl na v\u011b\u010dn\u00e9m Bo\u017e\u00edm \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed. Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161 odch\u00e1z\u00ed z tohoto sv\u011bta v bolesti a utrpen\u00ed, ale proto, aby se znovu vr\u00e1til a obdaroval ty, kter\u00e9 miluje, plnost\u00ed sv\u00e9 l\u00e1sky a pokoje. Tato skute\u010dnost n\u00e1m pom\u00e1h\u00e1 udr\u017eet nad\u011bji a vnit\u0159n\u00ed pokoj i v obdob\u00edch \u017eivotn\u00edch zkou\u0161ek a starost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duchovn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed uzav\u00edr\u00e1\u00a0<strong>Kontemplace k nabyt\u00ed l\u00e1sky<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed most mezi dobou intenzivn\u00ed meditace a obdob\u00edm v\u0161edn\u00edho \u017eivota, kter\u00e9 p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed. Jak p\u00ed\u0161e s\u00e1m autor, tato meditace m\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bku p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pomoci zakusit, \u017ee <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">p\u0159\u00edtomnost Boha m\u016f\u017eeme naj\u00edt ve v\u0161ech v\u011bcech, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s obklopuj\u00ed v denn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b, nap\u0159. v dialogu, p\u0159i ch\u016fzi, v pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed, naslouch\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed a ve v\u0161em, co d\u011bl\u00e1me, proto\u017ee jeho bo\u017esk\u00fd Majest\u00e1t se projevuje ve v\u0161ech v\u011bcech<\/span>. Teprve a\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk napln\u011bn\u00fd l\u00e1skou k Bohu m\u016f\u017ee pravdiv\u011b vyslovit modlitbu odevzdanosti: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vezmi si, Pane, a p\u0159ijmi celou mou svobodu, mou pam\u011b\u0165, m\u016fj rozum a celou mou v\u016fli, v\u0161echen m\u016fj majetek a moje vlastnictv\u00ed. Tys mi to dal, Tob\u011b, Pane, to vrac\u00edm zp\u011bt. V\u0161echno je Tvoje, nalo\u017e s t\u00edm zcela podle sv\u00e9 v\u016fle. Dej mi jen svou l\u00e1sku a milost, to mi sta\u010d\u00ed<\/span>.
